Etraveli Group was founded in 2000 and is a leading global technology provider for flights. The company acquired e-Travel in Greece in 2017, leading to the establishment of Etraveli Group AB. The company owns online travel agency brands such as Gotogate, Flightnetwork and MyTrip. Positioned as the largest technology platform for flights in Europe, they serve over 40 million customers annually across over 75 markets.
Its headquarters are located in Stockholm, and it has more than 2600 employees worldwide. The group also has offices in Uppsala, Gothenburg, Athens, Toronto, Pune, Mumbai, Krakow and Montevideo. Since 2017, private equity firm CVC Capital Partners owns Etraveli Group.

Etraveli Group is a leading global flight technology provider, specializing in flight sales and offering flexible solutions for flight content delivery and fintech products. Initially founded in 2000 as Seat24, we were one of the first companies to offer online booking of flight tickets. In 2007, the merger of Seat24 and the travel agency SRG gave rise to Etraveli. Since then, we've cultivated a diverse portfolio of brands, including online travel agencies like Mytrip, Gotogate, and Flightnetwork. In addition, we operate a separate fintech entity with its flagship product, PRECISION – a risk management solution – as well as the airline integration company Tripstack and Sweden’s leading flight comparison site, Flygresor.se.
In 2017, a significant milestone was achieved as we became part of CVC Capital Partners, fostering our continuous growth and enabling us to offer global travelers daily access to more affordable flight options. The same year, we acquired the Greek online travel agency e-Travel, becoming what we are today, Etraveli Group. Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, we have over 3000 dedicated employees and more than +1400 outsourced staff, operating across 10 offices worldwide, including Athens, Gothenburg, Krakow, London, Montevideo, Mumbai, Pune, Toronto, and Uppsala.
